This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.
