Welcome to our home, located on a desirable street in Islington, minutes away from the numerous shops, restaurants & amenities; within walking distance to both Angel & Highbury & Islington Underground stations, & Essex Road station providing fantastic access to Central London. Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Comprises of a bright living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room comes with a comfy sofa, a flat screen TV as well as a dining area for 4. Moving towards the kitchen, you will find it fully-equipped with all the essential mod-cons you'll need such as hot plates, oven, toaster, fridge, and more. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens, will ensure you a good night sleep. On top of that, we also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience! Have a pleasant stay. Guests will have access to the entire home! My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Our home is located close to Canonbury Square, one of the most attractive garden squares in central Islington. It is well placed for all the amenities on Upper Street, including the many bars, restaurants and shops. Local amenities at Canonbury Place also prove extremely convenient (pub/restaurant, newsagent, dry cleaner, hairdresser, cafe). Transport links at Highbury Corner are vast and include the underground (Victoria Line), over ground trains East and West and buses, providing easy access to the City and West End. Angel & Kings Cross Station are also within easy reach as is the international terminal at St Pancras. Highbury Fields is five minutes walk from the property. Islington has an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, good coffee shops. The weekends are abuzz with activity including Angel's farmers market on Sunday as well. A true "London" experience. Close to Union Chapel, Islington Town Hall and The Business Design Centre. Our home is strategically located with excellent connection with all areas of London. The closest train stations to our place are: 1) Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line) - 650m away
2) Angel (Northern Line) - 1.2km away
3) Essex Road (connects with the Ciry and Square Mile in 7 minutes) - 300m away Bus stops very close to home- all no more than 5 minutes with a huge number of buses towards all different areas of London, including night buses. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
