terrible…shabble furniture and hard to communicate
on check in there was no internet. they also asked for a £100 damage deposit. took a day to get the internet sorted out then the gas ran out and there was no heating. again this took a day to sort out. we have now checked out and cannot get our damage deposit back. phone communication was cut off and it looks as if our phone number has been blocked. really annoyed. i hope no one makes the mistake of booking this accommodation in the future.

Avoid like Covid
Absolutely diabolical,Freezing cold boiler didnt work so no heating or hot water, beds unmade and food left in one, sheets and pillow cases were not changed.Toilet had a poo floating in it.Had to pay £100 deposit still trying to get it back after 6 weeks they wont answer calls or reply to emails.I would avoid at all costs they are in my eyes thieves .Hotels.com are not interested in the issues once they have your money. Worst place I've ever stayed at in my 30 years travelling around the world

The apartment was beautiful, even better than the pictures. There just need to improve their communication, am still waiting for my deposit 10 days on. Otherwise had a great time, the location was amazing and apartment was beautifully decorated

Standards have been allowed to slip.
A large upstairs Victorian maisonette with 4 bedrooms. Refurbished to a high standard. Unfortunately the standards have been aloud to receded. It wouldn't take much to reinstate them, just a bit of attention to detail. It got me out of the fix I found myself in when the chain broke during a house move. I have since move into another Alaxander apartment, which is not without issues, but a much tider place.
Plaster fallen off ceiling.
Broken plug socket
Toilet brush a bio hazard.
Curtain rail but no curtains!
