"Terrible experience overall. As a solo female traveler, I felt like a second-class guest. The staff were generally disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful. Very few employees spoke English, and communication was extremely difficult throughout my stay.
The worst experience happened at a restaurant where I planned to have dinner. Due to a misunderstanding with my order, a staff member apparently entered it incorrectly. An older man from the kitchen then came out carrying a huge fish and loudly insisted that I had ordered it and needed to finish it. The fish was the size of my arm. I repeatedly explained that I was dining alone and had not ordered such a large meal, but he kept arguing. The entire restaurant was staring at me, and it was one of the most embarrassing moments I have experienced while traveling.
When I refused to accept the fish, they brought me an uncooked fish fillet instead, which I did not eat. I left the restaurant feeling belittled, embarrassed, and hungry, yet I was still expected to pay the bill. The experience upset me so much that I skipped breakfast the next morning and left a day early.
Beyond the restaurant incident, the staff throughout the property were rude, impatient, and unwilling to explain things. Accessing the hotel was also difficult, requiring a strenuous 30-minute walk over steep hills. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
