"Amazing hotel. I’ve stayed in an oceanfront swim out suite and I really recommend it. Excellent service, cleanliness, food, activities and amenities. Nothing to complain about. I truly recommend the Serenity club package if you want to have the full experience. It’s really worth it. Unfortunately the beach was not in good condition due to many seaweeds, but this has nothing to do with the resort. It’s just Mother Nature’s fault! ;) Definitely recommend the resort and hope to get back there in the near future!"

"Great place to go with kids. Check in was great thanks to Cesar Eslava and his team. They made sure we were taken care of. Lots of activities and restaurants to choose from. Resort does a great job with keeping everyone busy, they had multiple activities planned during the day in the pool and in the evening. Big water park is great for kids 10 and up, smaller splash park is cute for younger kids. Food is as expected for an all inclusive but the hibachi restaurant was great. All you can eat ice cream was a hit. Beach was not the best; but seaweed is expected this time of the year. If you’re looking for a large resort for a family trip - this is the place to be! "

"The beach was a bit eroded no fault of the hotel but for Playa Del Carmen it was probably the best choice. The beach walkout rooms are the best for sure. "

"We stayed in a plunge pool in the 2 building. It was nice to have your own pool when the sun got too hot. Restaurants were fast and no reservations required. We did have a run in with the fridge not working, but staff diligently tried to fix it. Overall smaller than other dreams resorts, but it is more calm that way"
